Everything easy to find and manageable. Very quick to service needs. I came in from a horrible resort to here due to lack of water, electricity. They got me into an area to shower and a drink in hand asap. Really turned my vacation and vibe around. Great pool bar, beautiful beaches and area. 4.7 stars. The behavior from a minority of the black bracelets (you wear red or black, black has a butler) was appalling. They must have never travelled or seen anything anywhere before, VERY obnoxious behavior. "
